Refund policy
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations.
All sales are final, therefore we do not accept refunds, unless you have ordered a custom item and there has been a mistake on my part (ex. we spelled a customers name wrong. This DOES NOT include a spelling error on the buyers end). If this is to happen, please use the contact form within 24 hours of receipt of order with pictures of issue included. You will be asked to send the item back to us, at which point, we will determine next steps. Please be advised that the original item MUST be returned back to us.
The only time a refund will be given is if that product is no longer available or cannot be replaced
