Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS priority mail or first class mail. Shipping takes anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on where you are located in the US. This does not include holidays, Sundays or any other delays regarding weather/USPS delays. Due to Covid, packages can take longer than the expected delivery time. Tracking is included and will be provided to you. We are not responsible for packages once it is in the hands of USPS. In the event your package comes damaged or lost in transit please reach out to me. Send us photos immediately of damages. Please make sure to double check your shipping address. We can not be held responsible for incorrect address submissions on your end. 

Please keep in mind, shipping time is not the same as "turn around time".  

Ready to Ship (R2S):  Turn around time 1-2 weeks (barring any changes/requests)

Custom:  Turn around time 4-6 weeks (barring any changes/requests)
